Your Role:
As a Student Success Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower students. Your responsibilities will include:
Converting leads into applications and registrations, exceeding quarterly goals.
Providing personalized guidance to students on their academic and career paths.
Advising students on F1 regulations, university placement, and career opportunities.
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
Experience in F1 International student advising preferred.
Strong communication skills and cultural understanding.
Proficiency in technology tools such as CRM software, Zoom, Google tools, etc.

Compensation:
Compensation starts at $31,200 plus commission with potential earnings of $70,000/year and plenty of growth opportunities.
